Ashlyns is committed to the protection and safety of children and young people. Parents/carers should be aware that the school has a duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of its students, which necessitates a child protection policy and procedures. The school may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies when there are concerns about a Child’s welfare.

A copy of Ashlyns Child Protection Policy can be found here or is available from the school office. The Designated Senior Person for Child Protection will be happy to discuss any questions or concerns parents/carers may have about child protection policies and practice.
