On 29 January, Ashlyns parents were able to explore ways in which to give optimal support to their teens during lockdown with Dr Kathy Weston. In her interactive webinar ‘Helping Teens Cope with the Coronacoaster’, Dr Weston answered questions on on the issues which so many families are currently navigating: uncertainty, lack of social activity, screen time, motivation and staying mentally and physically healthy.
