The Sixth Form staff provide excellent advice and guidance for students on university application and personal statements.
Year 12:
March to August: Research courses and universities; check on Open Days and plan visits.
June: Draft personal statement
Year 13:
September: Final draft of statement submitted; application process opens
November to December: Application and Interview process
December: Ashlyns School deadline for UCAS
May: Offers from Universities will have been received – start research into accommodation
June: Confirmation of choice
August: Results Day – Ashlyns senior staff are available to give advice if required
