Art and design: BTEC Level 2 First certificate
On this course you engage in a wide range of activities and produce assignments in response to ‘scenarios’ taken from employment-based opportunities. You have the opportunity to develop skills that are specific to art and design and skills that will be useful for the rest of your life. This qualification will give you the knowledge, understanding and competency needed when entering employment in the art and design sector.
Course structure
Edexcel’s BTEC First certificate in Art and Design (two GCSE grades A*—C ) is made up of three units of work and you must show evidence of all learning outcomes to achieve this qualification.
