Ashlyns is committed to the protection and safety of children and young people. Parents/carers should be aware that the school has a duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of its students, which necessitates a child protection policy and procedures. The school may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies when there are concerns about a Child’s welfare.
A copy of Ashlyns Child Protection Policy can be found on the policy page of the web-site or is available from the school office. The Designated Senior Person for Child Protection will be happy to discuss any questions or concerns parents/carers may have about child protection policies and practice.
